SHIPPING
Once you place your order on chnagallery.com, you will receive an email to confirm your order.
All orders will ship within 7 business days from when the order is placed. All orders have trackable shipping, and you should receive an email including your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
If you do not receive your tracking number please contact us using the form on the CONTACT page.

RETURNS
Each print is signed, numbered and printed to order, and we do not warehouse inventory, therefore we do not accept returns or process refunds for any reason.
Commissioned artwork is considered non-refundable once the order is confirmed, commissions cannot be cancelled at any time due to the nature of custom work and the hours dedicated to each piece.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please provide details of the damage by replying to your confirmation email immediately, please include photo evidence of the damaged pieces.
